Description

  • Administer and maintain AWS accounts, environments, Organizations, and cloud resources across production and non-production systems.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure, perform maintenance and upgrades, and support cost optimization.
  • Manage Windows systems, server patching, storage, access controls, and application environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, SSO integrations, user provisioning, GitHub identity integrations, privileged access, and password vaults.
  • Manage site-to-site and point-to-site VPNs, VPC peering, firewalls, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
  • Conduct security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, compliance reporting, SSL certificate management, audit support, and incident response.
  • Administer enterprise applications including PagerDuty, Freshdesk, GitHub, Wrike, TeamCity, Datadog, Talend, GoDaddy, LastPass, Nalpeiron, and Cloudticity platforms.
  • Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point, provide deployment and on-call support, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to evolve infrastructure and strengthen security and compliance.

Requirements

  • Experience administering AWS environments and services including EC2, ECS, RDS, Transfer Family, Systems Manager, ACM, GuardDuty, FSx, and VPC.
  • Experience with AWS Organizations, cloud monitoring, provisioning, maintenance, upgrades, and cost optimization.
  • Experience administering Windows systems, servers, storage, access controls, and application environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, user provisioning, privileged access management, and password vault administration.
  • Experience managing VPNs, VPC peering, firewalls, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident response, SSL certificate management, compliance reporting, and audit support.
  • Experience supporting enterprise tools such as PagerDuty, Freshdesk, GitHub, Wrike, TeamCity, Datadog, Talend, GoDaddy, LastPass, Nalpeiron, and Cloudticity.
  • Ability to provide Tier 2/3 production support, coordinate vendors, and participate in on-call support as needed.
