Description

  • Build, configure, and maintain GoHighLevel client sub-accounts, snapshots, workflows, custom fields, and trigger links.
  • Set up, test, and troubleshoot SMS and email automations, funnel pages, booking calendars, and Twilio/Mailgun configurations.
  • Integrate and maintain Stripe payment gateways, subscription products, and checkout forms.
  • Maintain ClickUp project boards, SOP templates, onboarding pipelines, and launch deliverables.
  • Verify completion of internal checklists before CRM systems and advertising campaigns go live.
  • Identify operational risks early and provide leadership with proposed solutions and structured updates.
  • Create marketing graphics, ad templates, banner layouts, short-form video ads, and testimonial edits.
  • Use AI tools to draft and refine ad copy, email nurture sequences, and landing-page content.
  • Support media buyers with creative uploads, campaign setup, and Meta pixel integration checks.
  • Guide MedSpa clients through technical onboarding, including domain verification, CRM connections, and platform access.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including workflows, sub-accounts, triggers, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with ClickUp for task management, process tracking, and workspace setup.
  • Familiarity with Stripe product creation, payment links, subscriptions, and billing integrations.
  • Graphic-design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Basic video-editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Experience using AI copywriting tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for marketing content.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram campaign structure.
  • High integrity, transparency, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Ability to receive payments through Wise in SA, the UK, the US, or the Philippines; applicants must reside where Wise supports local bank transfers.
  • Experience with MedSpa, aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness clients (preferred).
  • Knowledge of media buying, paid-advertising structures, or complex GHL custom snapshots (preferred).
