Description

  • Process new investment account openings with custodians including Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and Raymond James.
  • Maintain client accounts and complete administrative updates.
  • Process money movements and changes to client information.
  • Review documentation for missing or incorrect information and follow up as needed.
  • Communicate with advisors, internal teams, and custodian support teams to resolve issues.
  • Use investment performance reporting platforms such as Black Diamond and Orion.
  • Escalate complex operational issues to team leads or appropriate team members.
  • Follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy across a high volume of work.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in investment operations, wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, client servicing, or a similar environment.
  • Experience working with investment accounts, custodians, or financial administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence identifying missing information and following up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Comfort communicating with external organizations and custodian support teams.
  • Ability to follow established processes while recognizing improvement opportunities.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and escalating problems.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James, Black Diamond, Orion, RIA platforms, investment account administration, or account opening and maintenance is preferred.
