Description

  • Build, test, and ship Flutter applications for iOS and Android.
  • Shape mobile architecture, patterns, and engineering standards while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers on REST and GraphQL APIs, including contracts and data-flow decisions.
  • Prototype ideas with product and design, then develop validated concepts into maintainable features.
  • Apply a product-focused, end-user mindset across cross-platform functionality.
  • Use and guide AI-assisted development with Claude Code, Codex, skills, and MCP integrations.
  • Author AI development skills and workflows that improve team velocity and quality.
  • Troubleshoot customer and field-technician issues using Sentry, Datadog, and root-cause analysis.
  • Review code, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical discussions across product areas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience with strong Flutter and Dart expertise.
  • Full-stack experience working with backend services and APIs.
  • Strong software architecture and design skills with a hands-on coding approach.
  • Experience consuming and collaborating on REST and GraphQL APIs and discussing service contracts and data models.
  • Product engineering experience, including rapid prototyping and production delivery.
  • Experience directing agentic coding tools and maintaining ownership of technical decisions.
  • Strong debugging and performance-optimization skills with observability tools such as Sentry or Datadog.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
  • Exceptional communication, technical presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers; preferred experience includes AWS, TypeScript services, BLoC, offline data, native mobile development, CI/CD, IoT, Bluetooth, AI skills, or MCP integrations.
