Description

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new customers across the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain a scalable outbound sales pipeline.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and define ideal customer profiles.
  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns and lead-generation activities.
  • Lead product demos and customer presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and manage commercial, contract, and pricing negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and track sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead strategies.
  • Work with Professional Services to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
  • Use CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-based sales tools to support outbound sales activities.

Requirements

  • Fluent, native-level German, written and spoken.
  • Strong English skills for internal communication.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with software or SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience in a hybrid SDR/AE role or a similar sales environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn-based outreach.
  • Structured, analytical, and KPI-driven working style.
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and independence.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region when needed.
  • Experience in logistics, procurement, port/terminal, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Experience developing sales playbooks, ICP models, or outbound sequences is preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with SEO/SEA or marketing automation is preferred.
  • Experience using AI-supported sales tools is preferred.
