Description

  • Generate new business revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Sell Microsoft solutions focused on digital contact centers and broader Microsoft Cloud offerings.
  • Use prospecting, networking, industry research, and social media to identify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present SOWs, ROMs, capability presentations, proposals, renewals, change orders, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft sales representatives and leadership to develop joint account strategies and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, sales engineering, consulting, and subject matter experts to create presentations, interactive materials, and responses to SOWs and RFPs.
  • Work closely with project management and practice teams to support successful post-sale implementation and contractual fulfillment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by creating value-added opportunities and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Maximize solution value by deepening penetration within existing accounts across multiple Microsoft cloud use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience selling D365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Journey solutions.
  • Experience positioning technology products and software solutions in a high-touch, consultative selling environment.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure Data & AI, CCaaS, and contact center technology preferred.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level leaders.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services.
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a full-time role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Application product stack and Microsoft Cloud solutions is important.
  • Experience developing joint target account strategies with technology partners is preferred.
