Description

  • Own the full business development cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, networking, calls, emails, meetings, and social media.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and territories.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Present to senior stakeholders and deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, messaging, and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide pipeline updates and sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience selling software solutions and delivering live product demonstrations.
  • Strong experience presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and proposal writing skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Multilingual capabilities are preferred.
  • Experience in international business development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, analytics, and lead generation platforms is preferred.
