Description

  • Drive the roadmap for customer-facing dashboards and analytics, including supervisor-facing views of GenerativeAgent performance.
  • Translate platform data into value realization metrics and narratives that demonstrate ROI to customer leadership.
  • Own exportable data feeds and real-time data APIs for customer BI tools and data warehouses.
  • Define the platform’s data strategy, including event structure, metric naming, consistency, and governance.
  • Lead data discovery with enterprise customers to identify business-critical KPIs and turn them into dashboard views and structured questions.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science on event architecture, schema design, PII handling, and real-time versus batch tradeoffs.
  • Manage the trust layer of the data experience by identifying and resolving issues such as gaps, mismatches, truncation, and latency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics to package metrics into customer-facing business narratives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in data, analytics, or reporting products in enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Working fluency in data modeling and schema design, including event taxonomies, table structures, and naming conventions.
  • Experience shipping customer-facing dashboards or reporting tools with strong UX judgment.
  • Experience defining or managing data feeds, exports, or APIs for external customer consumption.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous or noisy data into a clear, defensible story about value or ROI for non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Track record of running customer discovery and translating it into structured requirements, KPIs, metrics definitions, or evaluation criteria.
  • Excellent written communication skills for PRDs, release announcements, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment where scope evolved over time, preferred.
  • Experience creating value realization or ROI content for QBRs or renewal conversations, preferred.
