Description

  • Design and build AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows using Workato to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of AI solutions that interact securely and responsibly with enterprise data and systems.
  • Implement and manage integrations using vendor-provided MCPs and custom connectors across internal tools and data sources.
  • Support the design and delivery of cross-application automation using Workato or similar platforms.
  • Build event-driven workflows that reduce manual effort, eliminate data duplication, and improve accuracy.
  • Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and iterate on solutions quickly.
  • Promote automation best practices focused on reusability, observability, security, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to automation solutions through build, testing, and ongoing improvement with guidance from senior team members.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support AI and automation use cases aligned to operational needs.
  • Stay current on Workato’s AI and automation capabilities and apply them within assigned projects.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience working with automation platforms, integrations, or related technologies, including Workato.
  • Experience contributing to the delivery of technical projects in a team environment.
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions.
  • Ability to embed AI into automated workflows across multiple systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Jira (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices (nice to have).
  • Experience building enterprise-scale, event-driven automation (nice to have).
