Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, train, and evaluate a team of Sales Account Executives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Step in to drive orders and volume when needed to cover territory gaps and support target attainment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to guide decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or business.
  • Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience in oncology/urology, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SFDC CRM and Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing sales teams.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $185,000 to $205,000 per year.
