Description

  • Communicate with customers to assess load information, budget, value, and strategic pricing needs.
  • Develop customized shipping solutions based on customer budget and operational requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, including strategic transportation planning.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Carrier Capacity teams to service customers effectively.
  • Support existing customer relationships and grow book of business through operational excellence and strong customer experience.
  • Proactively anticipate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues involving customers, receivers, and drivers.
  • Assist with pricing and quoting as needed.
  • Conduct industry research, planning, and needs assessment analysis.
  • Become an expert in the company’s business model, competitive advantages, and proprietary software.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of 3PL experience in the Open Deck/Heavy Haul mode.
  • Understanding of trailer types, equipment needs, and Open Deck-specific operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, especially in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience as a sales representative in a high-energy, office-based environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with peers, leaders, and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and a winning, growth-oriented attitude.
