Description

  • Identify and engage enterprise prospects through targeted outreach and strategic networking with financial institutions.
  • Own full-cycle sales from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain senior-level enterprise relationships to expand opportunities and drive long-term value.
  • Position Array’s solutions to address client pain points and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and follow structured sales processes to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine offerings and improve client engagement.
  • Negotiate large, complex deals across different verticals and industries.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate work and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of large enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience selling across multiple industries, including financial services.
  • Experience selling new business deals.
  • Experience working with deal teams and multiple stakeholders to close complex deals.
  • Ability to tailor strategic selling approaches by mapping accounts and identifying key decision makers and buyers.
  • Experience as a founder or in a resource-constrained role building and selling a product from scratch.
  • Strong awareness of industry and market trends.
  • Belief that AI is reshaping work and willingness to use it to accelerate execution.

  • Base salary of $150,000+ depending on experience.
