Description

  • Own acquisition strategy across Meta and TikTok, including direct responsibility for scaling TikTok Shop revenue.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies tied to CAC, ROAS, revenue, and contribution margin goals.
  • Lead end-to-end TikTok Shop growth efforts, including content strategy, in-app commerce optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and implement TikTok Shop growth levers such as creator whitelisting, Spark Ads, and affiliate integrations.
  • Manage campaigns directly in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Own budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and scaling decisions across paid channels.
  • Partner with Growth Creative to run rapid creative testing and improve campaign performance.
  • Work with eCommerce to align paid traffic with high-converting landing pages and CRO initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data to find scaling opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate performance insights, forecasts, and growth strategies to leadership while mentoring other growth marketers.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in DTC or eCommerce.
  • Proven experience scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns, including growing TikTok Shop revenue.
  • Deep expertise in paid social testing frameworks, creative iteration, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of DTC funnels, landing page optimization, and contribution margin economics.
  • Highly analytical with strong comfort interpreting performance data and forecasting growth.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Creative and eCommerce teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and related analytics tools.
