Description

  • Develop and execute an analyst relations strategy that increases Armada’s visibility and credibility in key research reports.
  • Manage analyst engagements, including briefings, inquiries, evaluations, submissions, and follow-up responses.
  • Lead participation in Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and similar analyst reports.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other firms.
  • Partner with Product, Communications, GTM, Sales, and Executive teams to align messaging and prepare spokespeople.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on analyst agendas, research themes, schedules, and competitive dynamics.
  • Work with Product and R&D to communicate roadmap commitments and post-delivery progress to analysts.
  • Track analyst interactions, coverage outcomes, and business impact, then report insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of analyst relations experience in high-growth, enterprise, or SaaS technology environments.
  • Track record of managing analyst evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves, or equivalent.
  • Ability to translate complex products and technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for analyst audiences.
  • Deep relationships with key analysts and demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust.
  • Experience working with product, marketing, communications, and executive teams to align AR with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and executive briefing abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex submission cycles.
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or related tech sectors (preferred).
  • History of successful positioning in top-tier analyst research and competitive differentiation (preferred).
  • Experience using analyst insights to influence product roadmaps or go-to-market strategy (preferred).

  • Starting base salary range of $121,120–$151,400 USD for most U.S. metro areas, with higher Tier 1 pay of $139,300–$174,200 in markets like SF Bay Area, NYC, and Seattle.
