Description

  • Build and manage Klaviyo lifecycle flows, including triggers, conditional logic, segmentation, and A/B tests.
  • Execute email and SMS campaigns while maintaining a structured marketing calendar.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics with emphasis on Revenue per Recipient (RPR).
  • Grow and optimize subscriber lists, especially small lists under 25K subscribers.
  • Collaborate with leadership on creative direction and ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Run small-budget tactical paid tests across Meta and Google with disciplined test design.
  • Document, refine, and improve workflows, incorporating AI tools where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, with at least one role held for 1.5+ years.
  • Brand-side DTC or e-commerce experience; pure agency or B2B-only backgrounds are not a fit.
  • Proven experience building Klaviyo flows from scratch.
  • Campaign management experience beyond copywriting or design.
  • Strong written English, as resumes and cover letters will be evaluated as writing samples.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours is required.
  • Experience growing small subscriber lists under 25K inside Klaviyo is a strong plus.
  • Comfort discussing Revenue per Recipient (RPR) as a core performance metric is preferred.
  • Exposure to tactical paid testing with budgets around $300-$1K is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Notion AI is preferred.
