Description

  • Own the end-to-end infrastructure program plan for each new site, including power, HVAC, facilities, hangar, and manufacturing buildout.
  • Coordinate with Facilities, Real Estate, and Construction partners to sequence infrastructure milestones against operational launch targets.
  • Drive network architecture deployment from design through cutover, including LAN/WAN, ISP provisioning, access control, and security systems.
  • Manage vendors and contractors for cabling, hardware installation, and network testing across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Track infrastructure dependencies and permitting risks, and maintain a reusable site infrastructure playbook to standardize future buildouts.
  • Define and drive Day-1 readiness checklists across IT systems, facilities, HR, and Operations for each new site.
  • Coordinate IT systems cutover, end-user device provisioning, and communications infrastructure activation during site launch.
  • Conduct post-launch retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into the site playbook.
  • Own the program plan for Enterprise Data Analytics and the Data Science & Flight Test data pipeline across engineering and data consumers.
  • Establish reporting cadences, KPIs, and dashboard governance standards for the analytics portfolio.
  • Define and maintain ArcherOS program governance, including intake, prioritization, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Translate AI strategy into an executable roadmap and coordinate enterprise AI initiatives, including enterprise LLM deployment, across IT, Legal, and Operations.
  • Apply DTO PMO standards across all portfolio domains and manage interdependencies across multiple sites, teams, and timelines.
  • Represent the New Site, Data, and AI portfolios in executive reviews and PMO forums, and provide leadership reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical program management experience with direct ownership across physical infrastructure/site buildouts and digital platform/data programs.
  • Proven track record managing 6+ concurrent, interdependent workstreams with hard operational deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating network engineering or IT infrastructure deployments in a physical site context.
  • Fluency in AI/ML program lifecycles, including model development, data pipelines, and platform productionization.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish governance and drive alignment in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with no prior structure.
  • Experience working with Legal, Security, or Compliance stakeholders on AI policy or data governance.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex cross-domain programs into crisp narratives.
  • Expert ability to build structured program plans, RAID logs, and dashboards.
  • Comfort and readiness for active domestic and international travel to support on-site launches.
  • Background in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or hardware-adjacent industries is preferred.
  • Experience standing up new offices, hangars, manufacturing facilities, or technical labs from greenfield, including international expansion, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Sigma, or Databricks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with network architecture concepts such as LAN/WAN, ISP onboarding, and enterprise Wi-Fi is preferred.
  • Exposure to PLM, MES, or engineering systems in a manufacturing or R&D context is preferred.
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent TPM certification is preferred.
  • Archer is unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this position at the present time.
