Description

  • Own the company’s annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, including full P&L and key SaaS metrics.
  • Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting cadence.
  • Translate financial data into clear insights and narratives for senior leadership and investors.
  • Incorporate ARR, CARR, churn, and healthcare-specific KPIs into planning and analysis.
  • Use scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic investment recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Development, and Customer teams to validate assumptions and align financial strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop FP&A team members while improving team processes and maturity.
  • Implement improvements in reporting, planning, and continuous forecasting processes.
  • Provide executive- and Board-level materials and support resource allocation decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Experience scaling FP&A processes in a high-growth and/or investor-backed business.
  • Experience with SaaS and subscription-based metrics for scenario planning and advanced financial modeling.
  • Experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Experience supporting Board-level reporting.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; Claude AI + Excel experience is a plus.
  • Experience with core financial planning and ERP systems such as Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
