Description

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and closing new payer accounts for Arcadia’s Market Intelligence solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature and close.
  • Research and expand the prospect list using tools such as MMIT and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Develop leads and opportunities from prospect lists, discovery conversations, and independent research.
  • Build and maintain prospect relationships through outreach, follow-up qualification, and funnel progression.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand prospect pain points and position Arcadia’s solutions accordingly.
  • Lead contract creation, legal review, and signature processes with internal teams and client executives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance during the deal cycle.
  • Maintain documented pursuit plans, participate in account reviews, and provide accurate pipeline and financial forecasts.
  • Manage the sales funnel in Salesforce.com and support account retention, expansion, and referrals when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record in provider tech sales and business expansion.
  • Broad network within the payer space, including commercial, regional, and health plan relationships.
  • Experience consistently securing multi-year, 6-7 figure contracts with provider organizations.
  • Proven ability to run long enterprise sales cycles of 6-18 months.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closed business.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level IT executives, physicians, executives, and healthcare leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care.
  • Ability to work within a structured sales process and accurately project total contract value, revenue spread, and close dates.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Preferred experience with modern data tools such as dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, and Looker.
  • Preferred familiarity with FHIR or healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Preferred experience supporting analytics or data governance in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000-$115,000 per year plus variable achievable commission.
  • Target on-target earnings of $180,000-$230,000.
