Description

  • Own and maintain the simulation platform roadmap, including scope, sequencing, and feature priorities.
  • Drive the technical definition of simulation environments for perception, autonomy, and navigation across robot fleets.
  • Define and prioritize use cases for realistic customer environment simulation and pre-deployment testing.
  • Ensure the simulation platform offers a configurable and intuitive user experience for developers to create, modify, and analyze test scenarios.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and customer needs.
  • Align product development efforts with real-world economic value for customers.
  • Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, and sales feedback into product strategy.
  • Translate product needs into clear engineering requirements through written documents, diagrams, and verbal communication.
  • Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and adoption opportunities for the product.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or managing simulation environments, simulation-in-the-loop testing frameworks, or developer tools.
  • Experience with physics engines, robotic simulation engines, rendering pipelines, or digital twins for industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical insights into business impact.
  • Ability to make decisions in uncertainty and prioritize velocity over perfection.
  • Ability to prioritize user feedback and advocate for the user internally.
  • Preferred experience with autonomous robots or autonomous vehicles.
  • Preferred experience with Unity, Isaac, or MuJoCo.
  • Preferred experience generating synthetic data for perception, autonomy, and navigation stacks.
  • Preferred background in UI/UX development for complex technical or developer-facing tools.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $190,000 to $223,000.
  • Direct-hire position.
