Description

  • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Regis platform.
  • Translate business strategy, client needs, and advisor feedback into prioritized product direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of advisor, client, and operational workflows through direct engagement.
  • Synthesize conflicting inputs into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities.
  • Design scalable, integrated workflows that improve client and advisor experience.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Lead product discovery and solution design to ensure the right problems are being solved.
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Manage roadmap priorities, dependencies, and execution with internal teams and external partners.
  • Serve as the central point of alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, Investments, Compliance, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or related roles.
  • Experience with UHNW or family office environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-system platform initiatives in cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong experience in product discovery, workflow design, and requirements definition.
  • Track record of translating complex business needs into well-designed product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred: experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment platforms.
  • Preferred: experience with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and client reporting platforms.
  • Preferred: background in operating model design, process transformation, or platform modernization.
