Description

  • Own the Agentic SDLC framework roadmap and improve agent specs, orchestration workflows, reusable prompts, and eval harnesses.
  • Extend the Agentic SDLC framework into professional services delivery and measure impact on implementation efficiency and margin.
  • Productize the Clariti AI harness for non-technical teams by shipping connectors, skill libraries, templates, and onboarding paths.
  • Run the AI fluency enablement program, including assessments, coaching content, reporting, and feedback loops from usage data.
  • Own AI vendor and model strategy for internal use, including evaluation, spend management, and portability decisions.
  • Define governance standards for agent-produced outputs, including audit trails, versioning, and approval processes.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed AI workflows into real work across the company.
  • Translate usage insights into roadmap priorities and continuously evolve the platform for broader adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, solutions engineering, or applied AI roles.
  • 1 to 2 years shipping LLM or agentic systems into production or daily internal use.
  • Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Claude Code or LangGraph, or equivalents.
  • Experience with MCP or comparable tool protocols.
  • Experience with eval-driven iteration and writing agent specs.
  • Platform mindset focused on other teams' throughput and adoption.
  • Strong written communication for specs, playbooks, and enablement content.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with a small team.
  • Experience in regulated or public-sector software, where auditability and defensibility matter (preferred).
  • Experience in professional services or delivery organizations, including understanding utilization and margin (preferred).
  • Prior ownership of an internal developer platform, DevEx, or DevOps function (preferred).
