Description

  • Design, build, and maintain real-time recruiting dashboards and reports for key hiring metrics.
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, predict hiring trends, and recommend improvements to talent leadership.
  • Audit ATS and related data for integrity and enforce data governance practices.
  • Lead the creation and ongoing improvement of the recruiting team’s internal knowledge base and intranet.
  • Build centralized training and enablement materials for hiring managers, interviewers, and interview panels.
  • Manage recruiting technology vendors, system integrations, updates, and tool adoption.
  • Lead and coach coordinators and operations staff to support strong candidate experiences and interview logistics.
  • Plan for future operations team growth, including hiring, onboarding, and managing a Reporting Analyst.
  • Set performance standards, manage team capacity, and help maintain an organized team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting systems management, or recruiting data analytics.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in recruiting or talent operations.
  • Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX and Power Query.
  • Experience with data modeling and KPI frameworks in ambiguous or evolving data environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouse environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse highly preferred.
  • Experience building and maintaining internal knowledge bases, intranets, or wikis such as Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as a hands-on builder and execute technical work from scratch.
  • Experience implementing and integrating new products in a recruiting tech stack during periods of change in a high-growth environment.
