Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementations for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems, from documentation and planning through code requirements.
  • Design MarTech stacks from scratch and recommend tools and solutions to address client business challenges.
  • Prepare technical specifications and requirements for internal engineers and technical project managers.
  • Lead implementation projects and communicate progress, deliverables, and risks clearly with clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales presentations and client meetings, explaining deliverables, best practices, and technical options.
  • Support marketing analytics and reporting initiatives as needed.
  • Translate business use cases into technical requirements for marketing programs and data flows.
  • Guide marketing automation migrations, including data schema parity, new use cases, and platform feature enablement.
  • Optimize existing lifecycle programs by improving data accuracy and identifying schema or process efficiencies.
  • Audit platform integrations, attribution data, and multi-channel messaging journeys.

Requirements

  • Experience defining cross-platform technical requirements across a MarTech stack.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDPs.
  • Experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys in Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar lifecycle marketing platforms.
  • Experience with analytics, enrichment, and attribution tools across the MarTech stack.
  • Understanding of multi-channel transactional and marketing messaging.
  • Ability to audit platform integrations and marketing attribution data.
  • Proficiency with JSON or SQL and data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages and lambda functions.
  • Strong ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written communication, organization, email etiquette, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Shopify or Magento.
  • Preferred location: Canada with ET or PT working hours, or Spain with overlapping ET or PT hours.
  • A self-starter who is motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a team environment.
