Description

  • Identify, prospect, onboard, and expand high-value enterprise clients across APAC eCommerce and non-gaming app verticals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs analysis to solution pitching, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Develop and execute localized sales and business development strategies for APAC markets.
  • Serve as the primary business contact for key clients and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and deliver customized growth solutions for user acquisition and scaling challenges.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, technical, and customer success teams to support onboarding, campaign optimization, project delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Track APAC industry trends, market demand, and competitor strategies, and produce regular market analysis reports.
  • Participate in industry events to build relationships, expand resources, and strengthen AppLovin’s regional brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, submit business reports, and adjust strategies based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional sales and business development experience in mobile ad tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or non-gaming apps.
  • Solid APAC market experience and industry resource network.
  • Proven track record in large client development and account expansion.
  • Experience negotiating and closing deals with mid-to-large e-commerce brands and non-gaming app developers.
  • Strong understanding of APAC eCommerce ecosystems, non-gaming app business models, mobile user acquisition, and in-app monetization.
  • Familiarity with regional mainstream media, traffic channels, and competitive patterns.
  • Excellent business negotiation, presentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong goal orientation, ability to work under pressure, and capability to independently manage full-cycle sales and BD work.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for daily business communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce and brand operations (preferred).
  • Existing client relationships in APAC eCommerce or non-gaming app verticals (preferred).
  • Previous experience in international ad tech, internet, or cross-border e-commerce companies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AppLovin or other user acquisition platforms (preferred).
