Description

Conduct research on reinforcement learning topics, including large-scale self-play RL, VLA post-training, and closed-loop RL using neural simulation for autonomous driving.
Explore fundamental reinforcement learning methods and related areas such as imitative behavior learning and reward learning.
Collaborate with Research Scientists and Engineers to produce high-quality research publications for top-tier conferences.
Apply research contributions to autonomous and robotic systems across self-driving vehicles, mining and construction machines, humanoid robots, and dexterous hands.
Work within a fast-paced, customer-focused research environment and learn best practices from the autonomy and robotics industries.

Requirements

Current PhD or MSc studies in machine learning, computer vision and graphics, or robotics.
Strong research background in relevant topics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
Passion for next-generation, scalable autonomy and robotics.
Interest in reinforcement learning and adjacent research areas such as reward learning and imitative behavior learning.
Experience or familiarity with research publication workflows for top-tier conferences (preferred).
