Description

  • Conduct real-world evidence studies across pharmaceutical and biotech projects.
  • Perform data feasibility assessments, develop study protocols, and create analytic datasets.
  • Prepare and run analyses of primary and secondary data.
  • Develop analysis plans and design real-world evidence studies.
  • Communicate study results internally and externally.
  • Serve as the analytics expert on cross-functional project teams.
  • Make recommendations to clients and team members on study direction.
  • Identify implementation considerations, including facilitators and barriers to successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a health services research-related field such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
  • 0-2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted during undergraduate or graduate programs.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Experience conducting real-world studies, including feasibility assessments, protocol development, dataset creation, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and desire to learn and share knowledge.

  • Compensation range of $66,000 to $94,000 USD.
