Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop technical strategies for target accounts and regional sales goals.
  • Scope, design, and deliver custom Proofs of Concept and Proofs of Value for enterprise customers.
  • Present technical and business architectures to C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals while addressing complex technical objections.
  • Conduct technical discovery and requirements analysis for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer needs and influence the product roadmap.
  • Create reusable architectural blueprints, frameworks, and customer-facing assets.
  • Mentor associate Solutions Consultants and promote scalable best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or client-facing professional services.
  • Strong technical fluency in enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, databases, SQL, integrations, cloud environments, or modern development languages.
  • Experience delivering technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, and enterprise POCs or POVs.
  • Proven ability to perform technical discovery and detailed requirements analysis.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30%–70% to customer locations and field events.
  • Experience designing architectures for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, life sciences, or the public sector (preferred).
  • Familiarity with application servers, web servers, AI-enabled automation, or case management frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $125,000–$225,000 USD; sales roles may also participate in a commission plan.
