Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demo through evaluation, legal/procurement, and close.
  • Build and manage pipeline through inbound leads, SDR collaboration, and self-sourced prospecting.
  • Conduct structured discovery to uncover customer goals, pain points, workflows, and success criteria.
  • Deliver product demos that focus on business outcomes such as review management, analytics, automation, and reporting.
  • Develop business cases and ROI justification to secure stakeholder alignment and budget approval.
  • Manage deal strategy, including timelines, mutual action plans, risk identification, negotiation, and next steps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Leadership, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Legal to advance deals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene, including stages, next steps, close dates, and deal notes.
  • Support handoff to Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion readiness.
  • Provide market feedback on objections, competitive intelligence, and product gaps.

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers, depending on level.
  • Comfort selling to cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Customer Experience/Support, Marketing, Operations, and sometimes Engineering.
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to build and defend ROI and business cases.
  • Experience with MEDDICC or MEDDPICC, or a similar qualification framework, preferred.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry, mobile apps, app store ecosystems, customer experience tooling, or feedback analytics is a plus.
  • Remote, full-time role.
  • Coverage for Europe and the Americas sales regions.
