Description

  • Develop engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to improve growth metrics.
  • Architect and build scalable onboarding flows, personalization engines, viral loops, and other growth systems.
  • Implement A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, automation, and machine-learning solutions.
  • Write clean, documented, cross-browser code and implement designs accurately.
  • Maintain code quality, automation, continuous delivery, performance, security, and scalability.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with leads, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in global team meetings and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of frontend or full-stack development experience building large-scale applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Ruby/Rails, Python, or Node.js and REST APIs.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or Segment.
  • Proven experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, and development productivity.
  • Strong UX and product judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks, SEO, CRM or marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, ownership, and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
