Description

  • Maintain and communicate an up-to-date view of Clinical Operations program status and issues.
  • Work with Clinical Operations team members to identify resource constraints, risks, and conflicts that could affect delivery plans.
  • Provide project management support for one or more clinical programs, including building and maintaining clinical study plans with external partners.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional Program Management team to integrate Clinical Operations activities into overall program plans and track deliverables.
  • Develop project planning guidelines and playbooks for use across projects.
  • Establish and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Document, standardize, and publish department processes and procedures while identifying operating efficiencies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for project updates, process improvements, and business initiatives.
  • Participate in work order and change order negotiation, review, and approval.
  • Submit purchase orders in NetSuite and review and approve vendor revenue recognition, accruals, and invoices.
  • Assist with tracking outsourced activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science.
  • 10+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3+ years of Clinical Operations experience.
  • Experience working with clinical-stage candidates across all phases of clinical development, from Phase I to Phase III.
  • Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Confident and proactive approach to work.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep pace with a fast-moving organization.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% for company All Hands meetings.
