Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR stakeholders.
  • Support executive alignment on project direction and escalations.
  • Manage timely identification and resolution of issues.
  • Serve as Principal Consultant with primary responsibility for Core HR functional delivery.
  • Manage the day-to-day functional relationship and alignment with the customer.
  • Lead Core HR design workshops and discovery sessions.
  • Translate client business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect and project leadership to determine the best solution for the customer.
  • Configure and deliver solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and project standards.
  • Provide functional leadership and mentorship to consultants and analysts on the project team.
  • Support functional design for integrations and conversions.
  • Assign duties, oversee workflow, and assist with training and performance evaluations as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong background supporting or selling in related markets.
  • Strong consulting background.
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
  • Travel to customer sites is required.
  • Ability to work remotely or on-site at a customer location.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Global Human Resources, including workforce structures, person and employment model, self-service, approval workflows, security roles, reporting and analytics, journeys, HR helpdesk/digital assistant, UI/Design Studio, and integrations/conversions.
  • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on product work.
  • Reliable and consistent internet connection and a professional remote work setup are required.
