Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for dealership partners within an assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership, finance managers, and sales teams.
  • Develop retention and growth strategies to increase wallet share and overall dealership performance.
  • Support dealership groups and larger accounts in partnership with other District Managers.
  • Provide consultative guidance on F&I processes, sales performance, and dealership operations.
  • Conduct in-dealership training, coaching, performance reviews, competency testing, and follow-up support.
  • Demonstrate APCO’s F&I process and product offerings to dealership teams.
  • Conduct dealership opportunity analysis, develop action plans, and present business recommendations to executives and owners.
  • Monitor dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth and new dealer relationships.
  • Maintain activity tracking and reporting in HubSpot while managing territory priorities, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive finance management, sales management, or dealership operations.
  • Experience working in automotive F&I, vendor services, training, or a related environment.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and travel regularly.
  • Experience in automotive training, advertising, banking, or vendor partnerships (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot (preferred).
  • Experience presenting to dealership leadership and ownership groups (preferred).
