Description

  • Implement and extend backend services using .NET 10 in Docker containers.
  • Develop features end to end, from database design and business logic to RESTful APIs.
  • Help keep the platform scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Monitor production services and identify and resolve issues early.
  • Write clean, well-tested code, including unit and end-to-end tests.
  • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and backend engineers in an agile team.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to product and engineering discussions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience independently delivering backend features end to end in a cloud environment.
  • Solid experience with .NET and C# backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, or message-based/asynchronous systems such as Kafka or equivalents.
  • Familiarity with microservices concepts and API-driven architectures.
  • Comfortable breaking down tasks, estimating work, and delivering features incrementally.
  • Experience or interest in AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or CodeWhisperer.
  • Fluent in English.
  • First experience with Kafka or other streaming/messaging systems is a plus.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, ECS, or cloud-native DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Basic experience with performance tuning or database optimizations is a plus.
  • Experience working in SaaS or API-first products is a plus.
