Description

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
  • Recruit, educate, and nurture channel partners to support their success.
  • Coordinate company personnel across support, services, technical, and management functions to meet partner objectives.
  • Meet assigned sales, profitability, and strategic targets within partner accounts.
  • Lead joint partner planning to define performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales teams.
  • Manage channel conflict by maintaining clear internal and external communication and following channel rules of engagement.
  • Lead solution development efforts that address end-user needs with the appropriate company and partner resources.
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying partners into the channel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling security software to large enterprise and/or government entities, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Fluent English and Arabic speaking, writing, and presenting ability.
  • Extensive network of channel partners within the assigned territory.
  • Documented success in bringing new channel partners into an organization.
  • Proven quota attainment and achievement of performance objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence others assertively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow direction from a remote manager or leader.
  • Ability to work required hours, travel up to 50% of the time, and travel on short notice.
  • Currently located in and authorized to work in KSA.
