Description

  • Design and implement high-impact operational initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across retail partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end development of complex service programs, including multi-provider coordination.
  • Run pilot programs to determine optimal pricing structures and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee the launch and national expansion of new service offerings while balancing growth, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Develop and continuously improve BPO-led workflows and Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen pro-to-job matching and network efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary operational lead for Retail Growth Managers and support resolution of partner issues and ad hoc business needs.
  • Analyze service professional and customer behavior to identify operational levers for efficiency and scale.
  • Synthesize operational data into strategic recommendations that improve revenue and marketplace health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across customer care, strategy, operations, and partner teams to execute initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong quantitative aptitude with expert-level Excel skills.
  • SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into strategic business insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with PowerPoint expertise.
  • Experience managing projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships while balancing competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to execute independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to rigorous quality assurance.
  • Competency using AI tools to accelerate analytical processes.
  • Genuine interest in home services, marketplaces, and product-centric organizations.
  • Applicants must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones to align with team working hours.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is relevant, as this is a remote position.

  • Salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
