Description

  • Serve as a real-time operational resource for the PAM team by monitoring call coverage, tracking task allocation, and recommending adjustments.
  • Pull ad hoc data to answer operational questions quickly and accurately.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and flag emerging trends, bottlenecks, or anomalies.
  • Scope and document data and reporting requirements with RevOps and data teams.
  • Identify patterns and opportunities in operational data through root cause analysis and trend identification.
  • Contribute to a Voice of the Field and continuous improvement program.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and leadership audiences.
  • Support strategic projects with data scoping, analysis, and measurement input.
  • Assist with SOP development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the broader Operations team to embed data-informed thinking into workflows.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations, business operations, or a data-adjacent role with a strong analytical component.
  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to pull and manipulate data independently.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose root causes and identify patterns.
  • Clear, concise communication skills for translating data findings into plain-language recommendations.
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with incomplete or imperfect data and making reasonable inferences.
  • Experience with Salesforce data structures and reporting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement or Voice of the Field methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced operations environment (preferred).
  • Exposure to SOP development or process documentation (preferred).
