Description

  • Create, shape, and manage training collateral for EW systems and capabilities.
  • Work with engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts to turn product capabilities and procedures into learning objectives and course content.
  • Design training curricula across presentations, hands-on practicals, computer-based training, and simulations.
  • Keep instruction and training materials current with new features and functionality.
  • Manage training material repositories and coordinate version control.
  • Lead presentations and hands-on instruction at customer sites, hazard zones, and Anduril test sites.
  • Train military, government, and commercial users on Anduril hardware and software offerings.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, design, and operations to capture product updates and support user training.
  • Serve as a bridge between end users and Anduril by collecting feedback, identifying pain points, and informing new product features.

Requirements

  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative and the ability to manage your own work and support the work of others.
  • Background in planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction.
  • Experience using EW, RF, and/or SIGINT systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum and RF theory.
  • Adaptive communication skills across multiple audiences and media.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others without direct authority.
  • Interest in transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including travel to Hazard Zones for 20-30 days at a time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret / TS security clearance.
  • Prior military or government agency experience is preferred; Master Training Specialist or equivalent is a bonus.
  • Tactical EW experience is preferred; Special Operations or expeditionary government agency experience is a bonus.
  • Experience or certification in testing and validation of RF systems is preferred.
  • Experience explaining technical terminology and solutions to a non-technical audience is preferred.
