Description

  • Gather requirements from end users and communicate complex technical information clearly.
  • Build trust across functions, navigate customer hierarchies, and influence teams in a peer-leadership capacity.
  • Resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues involving hardware, software, and network interfaces.
  • Keep precise records of hardware inventory.
  • Support test engineers with operational tasks related to engineering activities.
  • Manage the quality and availability of equipment for deployments and demonstrations.
  • Assist with product installation at test sites when needed.
  • Support the Test Site Lead with office upkeep, supply management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Oversee and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to support various test sites.

Requirements

  • Project management experience in technical fields.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Test Engineers and other teams.
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS.
  • Comfort using command-line tools to obtain data from software platforms.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with tools and electronics.
  • Experience working with Aerospace, DoD, or DoE test ranges (preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for self-directed learning and exploration of new technologies.
