Description

  • Own supply chain systems projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, and user adoption.
  • Develop and execute system implementation plans that improve efficiency, scale, and resiliency across supply chain processes.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications and serve as the bridge between operations and technical teams.
  • Work within the supply chain technology stack, including ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and PLM systems, to analyze data and identify bottlenecks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that provide visibility into supply chain KPIs.
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives by leading meetings, managing communications, and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations by leading user acceptance testing and developing training materials.
  • Champion change management across the organization for supply chain system and process changes.
  • Solve complex cross-functional problems that do not fit neatly within a single team’s domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain systems, business systems analysis, ERP/MRP administration, management consulting, or a related operations/technology role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Coupa.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering difficult projects under challenging deadlines and changing milestones.
  • Ability to quickly learn a new domain, absorb critical information, and independently drive initiatives to resolution.
  • Understanding of core supply chain functions, including sourcing, procurement, inventory, and payment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Comfort communicating through written requirements, executive presentations, and cross-functional discussions with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Familiarity with WMS and procurement software/tools is preferred.
  • Experience with system integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, or data warehousing is preferred.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, major migrations, or continuous enhancement projects is preferred.
  • Background in hardware manufacturing, aerospace and defense, or other complex supply chain environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, value stream mapping, or other process mapping methodologies is preferred.
