Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates using sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks.
  • Build candidate pipelines for strategic sourcing, supplier development, procurement, and logistics leadership roles.
  • Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with hiring goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows and effectiveness.
  • Support hiring for product sourcing engineering, global sourcing and category management, and supplier industrialization engineering roles.
  • Source candidates with experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procurement, and supply chain analytics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similar hardware industries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction (NPI) procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience recruiting in startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, resilient, and able to work autonomously with strong ownership and curiosity.
