Description

  • Identify, assess, and establish partnerships with strategic authorized installers aligned with business needs.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with installation partners.
  • Monitor partner service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Ensure partner readiness for nationwide coverage.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer concerns, weekly take rates, issues, and completed installations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and resources to partners for effective product installation.
  • Track partner readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks, and communicate status effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, regulatory, business, and planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, supply chain, or omnichannel sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, supply chain, or omnichannel sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving partners to achieve growth.
  • Experience developing vendors or building sales channels in international markets with a proven track record of launching and scaling new products.
  • Independently motivated with a demonstrated track record of project ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in a professional setting.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Power BI.
  • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations.
  • Willingness to travel to other SpaceX offices and customer locations as needed, up to 25%.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR.

  • Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year for Sourcing Specialist/Level I.
