Description

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to identify passive and active candidates for manufacturing and production engineering roles.
  • Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication to build relationships and communicate Anduril’s mission and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs across manufacturing and production engineering disciplines.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, production demands, and sourcing priorities.
  • Align sourcing strategies with broader operational and product development goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing effectiveness and workflows.
  • Support hiring for electro-mechanical assembly, integration, avionics, wire harnessing, mechanical assembly, and related manufacturing functions.
  • Support sourcing for electrical/electronics manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, firmware engineering, and automation roles.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
  • Experience hiring within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness and making strategy decisions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience sourcing in startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries preferred.
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve problems creatively preferred.
