Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates for install technicians, project managers, service personnel, engineers, sales, operational support, and government contractor positions.
  • Support recruiting for federal and government contractor roles, including positions requiring security clearances, specialized certifications, or compliance-driven hiring requirements.
  • Assist with proposal and bid efforts by identifying talent availability and building candidate pipelines for anticipated contract awards.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, referrals, job boards, social media, trade organizations, schools, and recruiting events.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
  • Support the offer process, including reference checks, background screenings, and offer letter coordination.
  • Cross-train on onboarding tasks such as new hire documentation, onboarding coordination, orientation scheduling, badging support, and new hire communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in security integration, low-voltage, skilled trades, construction, government contracting, technical services, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting recruiting for federal contracts, government projects, or security-cleared positions preferred.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through virtual platforms.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift or carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Knowledge of recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and industry hiring practices is preferred.
