Description

  • Document requirements, create and execute test scenarios, and track and retest defects for the Workday Talent Acquisition implementation.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with recruiters, coordinators, and business partners and resolve issues before go-live.
  • Validate data and process flows between Workday and other talent acquisition systems.
  • Prepare cutover plans, training materials, and communications for the Workday launch.
  • Serve as a first escalation point for Talent Acquisition Workday questions and issues, resolving or clearly routing requests.
  • Gather feedback after launch, identify workflow friction, and propose, test, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain current process documentation and job aids as system configurations and workflows change.
  • Resolve Greenhouse and ChartHop issues involving backfills, conversions, requisitions, headcount alignment, and system synchronization.
  • Investigate recurring data discrepancies and support tickets, address root causes, and escalate unresolved issues with clear context.
  • Partner with enablement to convert recurring questions into improved training, guidance, and consistent tool usage.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting or implementing talent acquisition systems, including Workday Talent Acquisition, Greenhouse, and/or ChartHop.
  • Ability to document business requirements and develop, execute, and retest system test scenarios.
  • Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and supporting system go-lives.
  • Ability to validate data integrations, process flows, and synchronization across recruiting systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting recruiting operations processes such as backfills, conversions, requisitions, and headcount alignment.
  • Ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and escalate issues with clear documentation.
  • Strong process-improvement mindset, including using recurring issues and user feedback to improve configuration, workflows, training, or guidance.
  • Ability to manage support tickets and requests with consistent quality and response times.
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation, job aids, training materials, and stakeholder communications.

  • Base salary range of $101,000-$135,000 USD, with offers determined by experience, education, skills, and business considerations.
