Description

  • Audit, clean, standardize, and reconcile current and former employee data across HRIS and related systems.
  • Establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth for accurate, complete, and consistent employee records.
  • Resolve duplicate records, missing information, and discrepancies across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems.
  • Standardize key employee data fields, including job titles, departments, locations, reporting relationships, and employment classifications.
  • Create data-validation practices, documentation, and repeatable governance processes.
  • Develop and improve dashboards and standardized reports using HRIS and ATS data.
  • Build reporting for workforce metrics such as headcount, employee movement, turnover, recruiting activity, and time to fill.
  • Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual data extraction, spreadsheet work, and cross-system reconciliation.
  • Use AI tools to streamline data cleanup, analytics, reporting, and discrepancy identification.
  • Recommend and support HRIS, analytics, and People-process improvements, including preparation for payroll, job architecture, onboarding, and HCM changes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, HR systems consulting, People Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience auditing, cleaning, reconciling, and standardizing employee data across multiple HR systems.
  • Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms; BambooHR experience is preferred.
  • Strong reporting, analytics, dashboard-building, and recurring-reporting experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, data cleanup, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of core HR data and metrics, including headcount, employee movement, terminations, turnover, and recruiting performance.
  • Experience developing reporting definitions and improving HR data quality and governance.
  • Ability to independently manage project priorities, troubleshoot issues, and deliver to defined timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for a remote, 20–30-hour-per-week engagement lasting 2–3 months.
