Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for key defense accounts focused on Launched Effects solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, operational requests, and urgent support needs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, integration, technical support, and logistics teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Develop account plans, sales strategies, proposals, and client briefings to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Navigate government procurement, contracting mechanisms, funding cycles, and contract renewals.
  • Track and document client interactions, support tickets, operational feedback, and account metrics in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, training sessions, field support visits, and other client-facing logistics.
  • Monitor deployed product usage and operational status, and escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Prepare routine status reports, usage metrics, and support summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and competitive strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, sales, or business development in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
  • Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies is highly desirable.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Track record of managing complex client relationships and closing significant contracts with U.S. government entities.
  • Prior military experience in an operational or procurement role related to advanced systems is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and program management tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 50% or more, to client sites, operational environments, and Anduril facilities.
