Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for key defense accounts and build strong relationships with military leadership, program offices, and operational end users.
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, operational requests, urgent support needs, and issue resolution for Launched Effects customers.
  • Translate client mission objectives and operational requirements into actionable support and solution plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, integration, technical support, and logistics teams to deliver timely solutions and escalate complex issues.
  • Track client interactions, support tickets, operational feedback, account details, and equipment inventory in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Drive product adoption and account growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and follow-on contract opportunities.
  • Develop account plans, sales strategies, proposals, and regular operational status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, training sessions, field support visits, and other client-facing logistics.
  • Support contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance with contractual, security, and government requirements.
  • Monitor deployed system performance, usage data, and account metrics to identify issues, report progress, and inform future product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, sales, or business development in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
  • Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies is highly desirable.
  • Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of managing complex client relationships and closing significant contracts with U.S. government entities such as DoD or IC.
  • Prior military experience, especially in an operational or procurement role related to advanced systems, is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and program management tools.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 50% or more, to client sites, operational environments, and Anduril facilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and logistics coordination skills.
  • Deep commitment to national security missions and operational excellence.
