Description

  • Lead analysis of recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source quality, conversion rates, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health.
  • Design, build, enhance, and govern interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks for Talent Acquisition.
  • Translate complex Talent Acquisition data into strategic insights and predictive models for hiring demand, bottlenecks, and initiative effectiveness.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior TA leadership and executive stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and the TA Analytics Project Manager to define priorities and analytical needs.
  • Champion data integrity by designing data governance solutions, conducting audits, and improving data reliability and consistency.
  • Drive adoption of best-in-class analytics methods, tools, and approaches to improve reporting and the people analytics roadmap.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on sourcing channels, recruiting programs, and funnel drop-off points.
  • Pull, transform, and visualize data across the full analytics lifecycle for Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related data analysis role.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience specifically focused on Talent Acquisition analytics with demonstrated strategic impact.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction, manipulation, and complex analytical querying.
  • 3+ years of advanced experience building and maintaining interactive dashboards and reporting frameworks in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proven experience developing analytical frameworks and using statistical techniques to interpret large, complex datasets and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics, processes, and systems such as ATS, CRM, and HRIS.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical projects, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: experience leading predictive analytics or statistical modeling for TA outcomes such as attrition prediction or sourcing effectiveness.
  • Preferred: strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, CRM tools like Gem, and modern HRIS platforms like Rippling or Workday.
  • Preferred: experience with advanced data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles for analytical products.
  • Preferred: familiarity with data governance principles and best practices for sensitive HR data.
  • Preferred: direct hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
