Description

  • Own end-to-end financial management of production execution, including headcount, cash and working capital, demand planning, standard costing, production attainment, and product margins.
  • Establish transparency into material costs for existing and future products.
  • Partner with Division Finance and Manufacturing Functional teams to consolidate product revenue and costing models, business case analyses, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Build financial frameworks to evaluate operational decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions.
  • Support cross-functional teams with tradeoff studies to improve sustainable unit economics.
  • Develop complex financial models to evaluate scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
  • Adopt a standardized data model and tailor it to the needs of the assigned product portfolio.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Lead executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or a technical background in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations is a plus.
  • 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing finance, business unit finance, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and a quantitative approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable communicating broadly with large groups and senior leadership.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience in operations or hardware environments is preferred.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with internal customers is preferred.
