Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer stage.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Present qualified shortlists and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define recruitment needs.
  • Provide consultative guidance on sourcing strategy, recruitment approach, and market insights.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines within an ATS.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate documentation.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience recruiting within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse or a similar platform.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple vacancies.
  • Comfortable working UK business hours, with flexibility when required to engage candidates.
